Cinematographer / Visual Storyteller
I am a cinematographer based in Pennsylvania, originally from Colombia, focused on mood-driven visual storytelling. My work explores the relationship between light, composition, and color to shape emotional tone and narrative depth. I approach every project with the goal of transforming ideas into visually compelling experiences that feel intentional and cinematic.

I was born in Colombia and currently live in Pennsylvania, where I continue to develop my voice as a cinematographer. From an early age, I was drawn to visual aesthetics — symmetry, color, and composition fascinated me long before I understood filmmaking as a craft. I spent time experimenting with my father’s camera, capturing photographs and even creating stop-motion films using Lego pieces. Those early moments shaped the way I see images today.
Three years ago, I began pursuing cinematography with clear intention. For me, cinematography is what transforms a regular video into a piece of visual art. I am passionate about designing the visual identity of a project — controlling light, framing, and movement to create images that feel deliberate and emotionally engaging. I enjoy leading the visual direction of productions and collaborating closely with directors to build strong visual narratives.
I am particularly drawn to psychological thrillers, dramas, and interview-based storytelling, where lighting and composition can deepen emotion and tension. At the same time, I look forward to expanding into comedy and action, exploring new visual rhythms and storytelling styles across genres.
Throughout my work, I have gained hands-on experience with cinema-grade equipment, including the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Sony FX30, FX3, FX6, and RED Komodo 6K. My long-term goal is to bring my creative vision to larger productions and continue growing as a visual storyteller, pushing boundaries through the lens of a camera.
